Sprint Gala 11yrs and over

Entry forms are now available on the desk.  This is a very popular event providing the chance to race Sprint distances of 50m for 11/o.  There is no separate Mini Gala so ASA Rules will apply to all the age groups.  This means that all swimmers, including the youngest ones, can compete as long as they can swim the stroke to ASA technical standards.  ALL swimmers should enter Freestyle.  For the other three technical strokes, parents should check with their child’s teacher if they are unsure.   The 11/u age group will swim on Tuesday 20th starting at 6.30pm.
